Elderly housing proposals
Although we’re not sure what qualifies as elderly these days, it’s been exciting to prepare proposals for a rural active elderly housing concept being considered for numerous sites in the south of England.
Our inspiration is Utzon which we have developed to be modular constructed and extremely low energy use. The customers for these houses are discerning so it is a challenge to design a place so attractive and suited to their needs that they are tempted to change their lifestyle and enjoy their later years in ways they had not expected.
