Friars Mill has been named Regeneration Project of the Year at ProCon Leicestershire‘s annual property and construction industry awards; a great bit of recognition for a project that we’re very proud of.

In an article in the Leicester Mercury the city’s mayor, Sir Peter Soulsby, said, “I am very proud that we were able to bring these buildings back into meaningful and fitting use. This painstaking restoration project has helped preserve a fascinating chapter in the city’s industrial heritage by creating attractive, modern workspaces where local business can grow and build a prosperous future.”
