New Leicester City Council affordable housing
We’re pleased to show the work we’re doing on our latest affordable housing scheme for Leicester City Council. This is the third site going through the planning process as part of a programme to provide 1500 new affordable homes. We have developed a series of house types that are modular, low embodied carbon and low energy in use, but are also flexible enough to be able to be adapt to the specifics of each site and brief.
Public consultation is open for the next 2 weeks.
